Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of interior design and execution services provided by GR Chola Ventures (operating as VIDeR Interiors), based in Bangalore, India. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Scope of Services

We provide end-to-end interior design and execution services, including but not limited to design consultation, material sourcing, project management, civil work, modular furniture, electrical & plumbing coordination, and final handover. The exact scope shall be defined in a mutually agreed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) before commencement.

3. Quotation & Pricing

All pricing is fixed once the scope and BOQ are finalized. Any additions or modifications requested after approval will be quoted separately and require written consent before execution. We reserve the right to revise pricing if material costs fluctuate significantly due to market conditions.

4. Payment Terms

Payments shall be made as per the agreed milestone schedule outlined in the project contract. Delays in payment may result in corresponding delays in project execution. All payments are non-refundable once work on the respective milestone has commenced.

5. Project Timeline

Typical project execution takes 45–60 days depending on scope. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, site conditions, or client-side delays (e.g., delayed approvals, access restrictions). We will communicate any changes promptly.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide timely access to the project site, approvals for designs and materials, and ensure that all necessary permissions from building management or authorities are obtained before work begins.

7. Warranty

We provide a warranty on workmanship and modular installations as specified in the project agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, natural wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Cancellation

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of client-initiated cancellation, payments made for completed milestones and materials already procured are non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

GR Chola Ventures shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from force majeure events, including natural disasters, government regulations, supply chain disruptions, or pandemic-related restrictions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
